I went out this morning to go through my usual rabbit routine, when I noticed my baby Barnaby had not eaten his food, he hadn't drank his water and he was laying there and not coming up to me as he usually would! What a scare, so I rushed him to the vets where they explained that Barnaby was suffering from a chest infection, which may turn into pneumonia! I have brought him into the house, I am hand feeding him his liquid medicated food and he got three injections too. I have a bout two weeks until he has fully recovered but I am going to take him back to the vets on Friday to see if he is improving. Please keep your fingers crossed for my Barnaby, he is in critical condition! I will feed him every two hours and keep him warm and quiet. With a bit of luck he will get better! Fingers and toes crossed!
