1. Assessment and Enrollment Before booking your dog into our daycare, an assessment is required. During this assessment, we will determine if your dog is suitable for our services. This session allows us to create a personalized care plan tailored to your dog’s needs, including an understanding of their personality, training, health conditions, dietary requirements, and any necessary medications.
2. Behaviour and Safety The safety of all dogs and staff is our top priority. If any behavioural issues arise that pose a risk to your dog, other dogs, or our staff, we will contact you immediately. In such cases, we reserve the right to withdraw your dog from our daycare services permanently.
3. Right to Refuse Service Our staff reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time. This may be due to behavioral concerns, health issues, or any other factors that we believe may compromise the safety or well-being of your dog or others.
4. Booking and Cancellations We offer both ad hoc and permanent bookings. If you opt for a subscription package, please note the following:
