Pet Transportation Safety
We take the safety of your pet seriously. All dogs must be secured with a harness, collar, and lead for the duration of transport. We reserve the right to refuse transport if the dog is not properly secured or poses a risk. By using our transport service, you confirm that the correct equipment has been provided and accept liability for any incidents during transport.
ZOOMIES DOG DAYCARE
- Assessment and Enrollment
Before booking your dog into our daycare, an assessment is required. This allows us to evaluate if our services are suitable for your dog and to create a personalised care plan based on their personality, training, health conditions, dietary requirements, and any necessary medications. - Behaviour and Safety
The safety of all dogs and staff is our top priority. If any behavioural issues arise that pose a risk to your dog, other dogs, or our staff, we will contact you immediately. In such cases, we reserve the right to withdraw your dog from our daycare services permanently. - Right to Refuse Service
Our staff reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time. This may be due to behavioural concerns, health issues, or other factors that we believe may compromise the safety or well-being of your dog or others. - Booking and Cancellations
We offer both ad hoc and permanent bookings. If you opt for a subscription package, please note the following:
- Cancellation Policy: A four-week cancellation notice period is required to terminate your subscription.
- Pausing Subscription: You may pause your subscription for up to four weeks. After this period, your subscription will automatically resume unless further notice is given.
- Health and Vaccinations
All dogs must be fully vaccinated to attend our daycare. Proof of vaccination must be provided before the assessment and kept up to date. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that does not meet our health and vaccination requirements. - Food and Medication
You are required to provide your dog’s regular food during their stay. We can supply food for an additional charge of £2 per day if necessary. If your dog requires medication, please provide detailed instructions, and we will administer it as part of their care. - Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your dog’s safety, Zoomies Dog Daycare cannot be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during their stay. By enrolling your dog, you acknowledge and accept this risk. - Collection and Drop-Off
We offer collection and drop-off services for your convenience. However, it is your responsibility to ensure your dog is ready and available at the agreed times. Any changes to the schedule should be communicated to us promptly. - Emergency Situations
In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we will seek veterinary care for your dog at our discretion. All associated costs will be the responsibility of the owner. - Updates and Changes to Terms
Zoomies Dog Daycare reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. - Contact Information
If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please contact us directly. We are happy to assist and ensure your dog’s experience with us is a positive one.
WALKIES DOG WALKING
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using our dog walking services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These may be updated or amended at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Please review these terms periodically. - Health and Behaviour
All dogs must be in good health, free from illness or injury, and up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog is found to be unwell, injured, or displaying aggressive or problematic behaviour. Owners must inform us of any existing health conditions or behavioural issues prior to booking. - Leashes, Collars, and Equipment
Dogs must wear a properly fitted collar or harness with identification tags during walks. All dogs must remain on a lead unless explicit permission is given for off-lead walks. The owner is responsible for providing a suitable lead, collar, or harness for their dog’s size and behaviour. Walkers may keep a dog on a lead if they are not confident in the dog’s recall ability or if off-lead walking is unsafe. - Key Workers and Team Flexibility
Each dog is assigned a key worker who will be their primary walker for consistency. If your key worker is unavailable, another qualified member of our team will step in. By using our services, you agree to receive walks from any member of our team as needed. - Liability
Owners are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their dog during walks. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its employees from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your dog’s actions. - Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments. Cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or changes will incur a fee. Services on weekends and bank holidays may be charged at a higher rate. - Access to Property
Owners must provide access to their property, including keys or entry codes if necessary. We take precautions to keep keys and codes secure but are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. - Use of Photographs and Videos
We may take photographs or videos of dogs in our care for promotional purposes. By using our services, you consent to the use of your dog’s image in our promotional materials. If you do not wish for your dog’s image to be used, please notify us in writing. - Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time, with or without cause. If services are terminated, a pro-rated refund will be provided for any unused services. Termination may occur if a dog exhibits aggressive behaviour towards staff or other dogs, or for any other reasons making continued service unfeasible. - Off-Lead Walks
Off-lead walks will only be conducted with the owner’s explicit permission. Walkers retain the discretion to keep the dog on a lead if they are unsure of the dog’s recall ability or if environmental conditions make off-lead walking unsafe. - Aggressive Behaviour
If your dog exhibits aggressive behaviour, you may be required to provide a muzzle or additional safety equipment. Aggression towards our staff will result in immediate termination of services. - Timing and Delays
While we strive to adhere to agreed times, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic may cause slight delays. We appreciate your understanding in these situations. - Schedule Management and Booking Responsibility
Clients are responsible for managing their services through our online booking system. If you request staff assistance, please confirm the booking has been successfully made. Ensure that care instructions are up to date. - Service Time Windows and Medication Priority
Please provide a two-hour window for service completion. Pets requiring medication will be given scheduling priority. - Dog Daycare Visits
Occasionally, instead of a park walk, dogs may be taken to Zoomies Dog Daycare for a run and play. You will be notified if your dog is scheduled for this activity. - Contact and Queries
For any questions or concerns about these terms, or assistance with bookings, please contact us before using our services. We are happy to discuss any aspects to ensure clarity.
