TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ZOOMIES DOG DAYCARE
1. Assessment and Enrollment Before booking your dog into our daycare, an assessment is required. During this assessment, we will determine if your dog is suitable for our services. This session allows us to create a personalized care plan tailored to your dog’s needs, including an understanding of their personality, training, health conditions, dietary requirements, and any necessary medications.
2. Behaviour and Safety The safety of all dogs and staff is our top priority. If any behavioural issues arise that pose a risk to your dog, other dogs, or our staff, we will contact you immediately. In such cases, we reserve the right to withdraw your dog from our daycare services permanently.
3. Right to Refuse Service Our staff reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time. This may be due to behavioral concerns, health issues, or any other factors that we believe may compromise the safety or well-being of your dog or others.
4. Booking and Cancellations We offer both ad hoc and permanent bookings. If you opt for a subscription package, please note the following:
6. Food and Medication You are required to provide your dog’s regular food during their stay. We can provide food for your dog at an additional cost of £2 per day if needed. If your dog requires medication, detailed instructions must be provided, and we will administer it as part of their care.

Liability While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, Zoomies Dog Daycare cannot be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during your dog’s stay. By enrolling your dog in our daycare, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
8. Collection and Drop-Off We offer collection and drop-off services for your convenience. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your dog is ready and available at the agreed-upon times. Any changes to the schedule should be communicated to us as soon as possible.
9. Emergency Situations In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we will seek veterinary care for your dog at our discretion. All associated costs will be the responsibility of the dog’s owner.

WALKIES DOG WALKING
Dog Walking Services - Terms and Conditions1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By using our dog walking services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These may be updated or amended at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
2. Health and Behaviour:
All dogs must be in good health, free from any signs of illness or injury, and up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog is found to be unwell, injured, or displaying aggressive or otherwise problematic behaviour. It is the owner's responsibility to inform us of any existing health conditions or behavioural issues prior to booking.
3. Leashes, Collars, and Equipment:
Dogs must wear a properly fitted collar or harness with identification tags during walks. All dogs must be on a lead unless specific permission is given for off-lead walks. The owner is responsible for providing a suitable leash and collar/harness appropriate for their dog's size and behaviour. Our walkers reserve the right to keep dogs on a lead if they are not confident in the dog’s recall ability or if they believe off-lead walking is unsafe in certain environments.
4. Key Workers and Team Flexibility:
Each dog will be assigned a key worker who will be their primary walker, ensuring consistency and a personalised experience. However, in the event that your key worker is unavailable due to illness, holiday, or other reasons, another qualified member of our team will step in to provide your dog's walk. By using our services, you agree to receive services from any member of our team as needed, and you must be comfortable with this arrangement.
5. Liability:
Owners are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their dog during walks. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its employees from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your dog's actions. This includes damage to property, harm to other dogs, or injury to people.
6. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments. Cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or changes will incur a fee as detailed in the payment terms section. Please refer to this section for up-to-date information on our fees. Please note that services provided on weekends and bank holidays are charged at a slightly higher rate, as outlined in our payment terms.
7. Access to Property:
Owners must provide access to their property, including keys or entry codes, if necessary. You are also required to inform us of anyone else with access to your property. We take all reasonable precautions to keep keys and codes secure but cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen keys or codes.
8. Use of Photographs and Videos:
We may take photographs or videos of the dogs in our care for promotional purposes. By using our services, you consent to the use of your dog’s image in our promotional materials, including our website and social media platforms. If you prefer that we do not use images of your dog, please notify us in writing.
9. Termination of Services:
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time, with or without cause. If services are terminated, a pro-rated refund will be provided for any unused services. Termination may occur if a dog exhibits aggressive behaviour towards our staff or other dogs, or if any other issues arise that make continuing services unfeasible.
10. Off-Lead Walks:
Off-lead walks will only be conducted with the owner's explicit permission. Despite this, each walker retains the discretion to keep the dog on the lead if they are uncertain about the dog’s recall ability or if environmental conditions are not conducive to off-lead activities.
11. Aggressive Behaviour:
If your dog exhibits aggressive behaviour towards other dogs or people, you may be required to provide a muzzle, and in some cases, additional safety equipment such as hazard collars, jackets, or leads. If a dog shows aggression towards our staff, services will be terminated immediately, and you will be notified promptly.
12. Timing and Delays:
While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon time brackets, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, road conditions, or delays may result in slight deviations from the schedule. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
13. Schedule Management and Booking Responsibility:
Clients are generally responsible for booking and managing their own services through our online booking system. If you request a member of staff to make a booking on your behalf, it is your responsibility to verify that the booking has been successfully made by checking the schedule ahead of time. Additionally, please ensure that all notes and care instructions are up to date, and communicate any changes to your dog's care plan promptly to ensure that visits align with your pet’s current needs.
14. Service Time Windows and Medication Priority:
We ask that you provide us with a two-hour window during which you are happy for us to conduct our services. Pets receiving medication are given priority in scheduling to ensure their needs are met on time.
15. Dog Daycare Visits:
Occasionally, instead of a park walk, we may take dogs to Zoomies Dog Daycare for a run and play with other dogs. This offers an additional opportunity for exercise and socialisation. We will notify you if your dog is scheduled for this alternative activity.
16. Contact and Queries:
If you have any questions or concerns about these terms and conditions, or if you require assistance with booking, please contact us before using our services. We are happy to discuss any aspect of our service to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
